I hired Dances with Dogs to train my new 4 month old MIni Schnauzer. Mia, our trainer, was amazing! Our puppy immediately took to her and was excited every time she arrived. We had 4 sessions a week, 3 days of Mia training him, and 1 day where we participated along with her to make sure we knew how to practice and follow through with all the cues. It has been a very successful experience and we are working towards having a lovely well trained companion. I highly recommend Dances with Dogs if you are looking for great trainers! They use positivity and kindness and it works!!

Katie was great in helping me get my pup Mango set up for success! We did a set of 6 puppy training sessions with her, and of course it’s as much (or more) about training the owner as the dog. We adopted our dog at 8 months old from the Humane Society and we soon realized we were going to need some help training him. So happy we found Dances with Dogs! Just one visit and my dog has improved her behavior significantly, a game changer for our family of 5. Katie gave us tips and explanations of our dog’s behavior.
